Eco green Alu can
Talum collects process waste from its customers and uses it as an input raw material in the production of discs and slugs for the same customer. This reduces the carbon footprint of aerosol cans produced in this way and increases the energy efficiency of the production of discs and slugs in Talum.
Used recycled materials fully replace the use of primary aluminum.
With the modernisation of technological equipment and R & D activities, Talum will enable its customers a closed recycling cycle. The process is carried out in the following way: Talum collects process waste from its customers and uses it as an input raw material in the production of discs and slugs for the same customer. This reduces the carbon footprint of aerosol cans produced in this way and increases the energy efficiency of the production of discs and slugs in Talum and Talum’s competitive advantage on the market. At the moment, the market does not offer similar solutions due to restrictions in the production of discs and slugs.
Less energy required than related products / processes due to an energy-rich input. We anticipate a reduction in the impact of greenhosuse gases due to recycling, which enables better energy efficiency and reduced use of primary aluminum.
Closed recycling cycle for products, where aerosol cans and tubes made of aluminium are used for packaging in the packaging industry, which covers the fields of cosmetics, food industry and pharmacy.
